OUR MISSION

The Canada Truffle Association is a not-for-profit organization, whose mission is to promote

• the development of the truffle industry,

• a national truffle market, as well as

• internationally renowned quality products.

It wants to be the voice of the industry in its discussions with governments and other stakeholders;

It will inform the public about the truffle industry in Canada, and raise awareness of its issues.

 

It intends to establish quality standards, as well as best practice standards, for truffle production.

 

​

It wants to promote the exchange of information between its members and finally, it intends to support research on all aspects of truffle growing.
